IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: There will be no Entrance Examination for admission application for AY 2022-2023. Meanwhile, kindly follow the admission procedure.
Requirements:
- PSA Birth Certificate
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Report Card
- Baptismal Certificate
- Confirmation Certificate (Kumpil)
- Marriage Certificate
- 2X2 photo (white background)
Additional requirements:
- Incoming Kinder – Diploma or Certificate of Early Childhood Education (ECE)
- Incoming Grade 1 – Certificate of Completion for Kinder

Note: Applicants who are unable to submit complete requirements will be given a Notice of Completion of Requirements to be completed within the entire academic year
